Following mission completion, Airlogic issues full itemized GST-compliant invoices, aeromedical flight logs, and clinical transfer summaries for families to submit for insurance reimbursement under qualifying policies. Third-party insurer reimbursement is subject to the patient's individual policy terms.

Under Government of India notification (Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax Rate), qualifying emergency patient aeromedical transport is categorized as healthcare service and is exempt from GST (0% Nil GST). Non-medical passenger charter services are billed separately and carry applicable GST.
