We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy, medical confidentiality, and personal information of our patients, clients, escorts, and website visitors in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable Indian healthcare and civil aviation regulations.
2. Information We Collect
To plan, clear, and execute emergency medical evacuations and charter flights, we collect the following categories of information:
- Client & Escort Contact Data: Full names, phone numbers, email addresses, government identity documents (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN) required for DGCA passenger manifest and airport security clearance.
- Patient Clinical Information: Medical diagnosis, discharge summaries, treating physician contact, oxygen/ventilator parameters, and medical history solely for aeromedical triage and clinical clearance to fly.
- Payment & Transaction Data: Payment identifiers, transaction references (UTR), payment link IDs, and billing addresses. Note: All online payments are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay / Cashfree). Airlogic never stores debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank PINs.
- Technical & Geolocation Telemetry: IP address, browser type, device specifications, and voluntary GPS coordinates used to calculate nearest airfield positioning and bed-to-bed ground ambulance transit times.
3. Medical Confidentiality & Clinical Records
All clinical documents and medical records submitted through our platform or 24/7 flight coordination lines are classified as Sensitive Personal Data (SPD). Access is strictly restricted to certified aeromedical flight doctors and attending critical care transport teams. Medical records are never shared with advertisers, marketers, or non-operational third parties.
4. How We Use Your Information
Collected information is utilized exclusively for operational and regulatory execution:
- Filing flight plans, passenger manifests, and landing clearances with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Airports Authority of India (AAI).
- Arranging bed-to-bed ACLS ground ambulances at departure and destination hospitals.
- Dispatching binding quotations, flight tracking updates, and receipts via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Preventing fraudulent bookings and complying with statutory audit requirements.
5. Payment Gateway & 256-Bit SSL Security
Our website and CRM platforms utilize enterprise-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. Online token deposits and flight charges are transacted through Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree) supporting 3D-Secure authentication, UPI PIN verification, and encrypted tokenization.
6. Disclosure to Operational Third Parties
To fulfill your flight charter, data may be shared with:
- DGCA-approved Air Operator Certificate (AOC) partners who operate the physical aircraft.
- Airport security personnel, CISF, and ground handling agencies at civil airports and defense airbases.
- Hospital admissions desks and authorized ground ambulance partners.
- Government and law enforcement authorities when mandated by applicable law or aviation security directives.
7. Data Retention & User Rights
We retain flight manifest and billing records for the period stipulated under Indian Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR) and taxation statutes. Clients retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their non-statutory personal data by contacting our Grievance Officer.
