1. Scope of Service & Operational Framework

Airlogic Aviation Solutions Private Limited ("Airlogic") provides aeromedical flight logistics, private aircraft charters, helicopter services, and specialized patient air transfers across India and internationally. All aircraft operations are carried out under valid Air Operator Permits (AOP / AOC) issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.

2. Quotation, Booking & Price Validity

• Binding Quotations: Quotations issued by Airlogic are based on estimated flying time, airport landing/parking fees, clinical team deployment, and ground ambulance coordination. Quotes remain valid for the period specified on the quotation letter (typically 24 to 48 hours).
• Slot Reservation Token: A reservation token deposit (e.g. ₹ 50,000 or as specified on the quotation) is required to lock aircraft availability, initiate crew standby, and begin DGCA flight dispatch procedures.
• Full Settlement: The balance charter amount must be settled prior to aircraft departure via RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, or authorized online payment gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree).
• GST Applicability: Air ambulance patient transportation is categorized as healthcare medical evacuation and is exempt from Goods & Services Tax (GST Nil / Exempt) under Indian taxation laws. Executive private jet and helicopter charters attract applicable GST as per government schedules.

3. Medical Fitness to Fly & Clinical Clearance

• Doctor-to-Doctor Triage: Aeromedical flights require clinical clearance by our aviation medical team in consultation with the patient's treating hospital physician.
• Medical Indemnity & Consent: The patient's authorized legal representative must sign the standard Medical Evacuation Consent & Indemnity Form prior to boarding.
• In-Flight Medical Authority: The attending flight doctor has ultimate clinical authority concerning patient care, altitude restrictions, emergency diversions, and medical interventions during transit.

4. Passenger Manifest, Escorts & Baggage

• Attendants: Unless otherwise specified, air ambulance flights accommodate 1 to 2 immediate family attendants alongside the medical team and stretcher patient.
• Identification: Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) is mandatory for all passengers for airport entry and CISF security manifest.
• Baggage: Due to aircraft weight and balance regulations and medical equipment payload, baggage is limited to 1 soft bag per attendant (maximum 10–15 kg total). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and unauthorized compressed gases are strictly prohibited.

5. Operational Factors, Weather & Force Majeure

Aviation safety is non-negotiable. Flight timings are subject to weather conditions, visual/instrument meteorological limits (VMC/IMC), runway watch-hours, NOTAMs, VIP movements, and air traffic control (ATC) clearances. In the event of an unavoidable delay or technical requirement, Airlogic will take all reasonable steps to expedite departure or position an alternate aircraft.

6. Limitation of Liability

Air carriage of passengers and baggage is governed by the Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and applicable amendments aligned with Montreal / Warsaw Conventions. Airlogic and its operating partners maintain comprehensive statutory aviation insurance covering hull, crew, passenger, and third-party liabilities.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
