Air Ambulance Across the North East & East India — One Verified Network, Every Base

From Tezu to Rourkela, the same verified aircraft, the same named crew, and the same itemized quote — with a direct line to Hyderabad's specialty hospitals built into every route.

The Region Most Operators Treat as an Afterthought — We Built Around It

Most air ambulance providers serving this region have a handful of city pages bolted onto a nationwide network built around metro-to-metro routes. The North East and East India are an add-on — covered in principle, served with whatever aircraft happens to be available, and coordinated through a broker who sub-contracts on the day.

We built the opposite way. The North East corridor — and specifically the route to Hyderabad's specialty hospitals — is the corridor our crews, aircraft range, and ground coordination are specifically designed for. Industry data shows that roughly half of critical patients across this network are referred to Hyderabad for cardiac, pulmonology, or transplant care not available locally. That is the problem we solve.

The result is one aircraft (King Air B200 · VT-YUD), one aviation partner (Aerokalinga, DGCA-approved), one clinical partner (our clinical team), and the same four public registries — aircraft, medical, cockpit, equipment — at every base on this page.

✈️
One aircraft — King Air B200 (VT-YUD)

The same named aircraft, with the same aviation partner (Aerokalinga, DGCA-approved), on every mission in this network. Not a different unnamed subcontractor per region. See The Aircraft →

👨‍⚕️
One clinical partner — our clinical team

ICU specialists and flight-certified paramedics from our clinical team on every mission — qualifications listed by name on our public medical registry. See Medical Team →

📋
Four public registries

Aircraft, medical, cockpit, and equipment registries — all public, all verifiable before you pay. Not a promise; a record you can check independently. Our Commitment →

💰
One itemized quote — locked at booking

Platform fees, clinical salaries, and route fuel costs broken out separately. The number is fixed when you confirm — it doesn't change mid-crisis under time pressure. Cost Guide →

🏥
Bed-to-bed transfer

Ground ambulances at both ends, continuous clinical care from the sending hospital to the receiving hospital — not just the flight leg in isolation.

📞
Direct line — no call centre

The Hyderabad Corridor

The Single Most Important Destination in This Network

Across this entire network, industry data shows that roughly half of critical patients are typically referred to Hyderabad — for cardiac, pulmonology, or transplant care not available locally, even in cities with strong general tertiary care like Patna or Guwahati.

That's not a statistic we use to justify our marketing. It's the corridor our aircraft range, crew training, and hospital coordination are built around.

Common Questions

North East Air Ambulance Network — FAQ

Do you operate the same aircraft and crew at every base?

Yes — one named aircraft (VT-YUD), one DGCA-approved aviation partner (Aerokalinga), and one clinical partner (our clinical team) across the entire network. Not different unnamed subcontractors per region. This is verifiable on our public registries before you pay.

Which bases serve Hyderabad nonstop, without a fuel stop?

Most bases can reach Hyderabad nonstop — including Guwahati, Patna, Ranchi, Raipur, Bagdogra, Imphal, Silchar, Dimapur, Agartala, Deoghar, and Jharsuguda. Dibrugarh and Jorhat are the longest corridors and may require a brief fuel stop in adverse headwind conditions. Tezu is staged via Dibrugarh. We confirm nonstop feasibility at booking for your specific origin.

How is pricing different across the 18 bases?

Distance is the single biggest driver — Raipur to Hyderabad (shortest) is roughly ₹3.5–5.5 lakh; Dibrugarh to Hyderabad (longest direct) is ₹6–9 lakh. See the full cost guide for a complete breakdown by corridor.

What destinations other than Hyderabad do you fly to?

All major referral hospitals — Kolkata (SSKM, Apollo Gleneagles, AMRI, Fortis), Delhi (AIIMS, Medanta, Max, Fortis), and Chennai/Bengaluru for select cases. See individual city pages for corridor-specific details. Hyderabad receives the largest share of our missions because of the cardiac and transplant concentration there, but we fly to wherever the right hospital is for the patient.
